In accordance with the need to maintain the possibility of access to client data as a result of returning clients or those who may wish to lodge a complaint in respect of our professional services to our insurers (i.e. in all cases perhaps after a long period of time has elapsed), we retain client data for a minimum period of 7 years. For clients under the age of 18, data will be retained until their 25th birthday.

When you contact me through any contact form on the site or using the email address:

  • We will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information and to protect your details against third party access or modification – We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with any other organisations. You should be aware though that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason We cannot guarantee the security or integrity of your personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the internet.
  • We provide you with mechanisms to amend your details as retained by me, or remove them from our database.
  • We allow you to specify the level of future contact that you will receive from St Peter’s Tutors and we will respect your wishes.

Accessing Your Information and updating and correcting it

WordPress use Google Analytics to provide statistics on website traffic – see below for the Google explanation. St Peter’s Tutors does not track your activity on our website as an individual.

For example, we have a Facebook business page and Facebook stores your information, so is a ‘third party’ to this agreement. Please be aware of this.
